Physical activity such as walking may help people with peripheral artery disease (PAD). Regular walking may help you walk more, decrease pain in your legs and improve your health-related quality of life. In this research study we are comparing supervised PAD rehab to an Internet-based walking program.

Your safety is very important to us. Any changes in your medical condition should first be reported to your primary healthcare provider. We also want you to report changes in your medical condition and any injuries or illnesses to us either by telephone, email or on the website.

Please use caution while walking. Please do not walk for this program if your current health or environmental conditions make it unsafe for you to do so.
